Superfood lavender latte to calm your anxiety

  As part of my morning routine, I always look for something that will give me energy as well as benefit my body with plenty of good nutrients. Starbucks has a lavender drink that inspired me to make my own with a healthy twist.   The Ingredients: To taste Oat milk (any milk will work) Half & Half Ashwagandha (amazon, whole foods) Matcha tea (costco has good deals on this) Dried food grade lavender buds (whole foods) Honey (any sweetner is good) Preparation: 1.
